About Course

Our course offers comprehensive knowledge of Islamic banking and finance. The course has been developed by Dr. Muhammad Imran Ashraf Usmani, Group Head and Vice Chairman of Shariah Supervisory Board at Meezan Bank Ltd, a renowned Shariah Scholar and son of Justic (r) Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani. The course covers a wide range of topics including Islamic Contracts, Ijarah, Istasna, RIBA, Mudarabah, Murabaha, Musharakah, Diminishing Musharakah, Salam, Takaful, Islamic Investment funds, Import financing, Export Financing, Sukuk, and Sale Contract. These topics are designed to equip students with the necessary tools and knowledge to work in Shariah-compliant banking system.

Islamic Contracts
By the end of this part, you should be able to: Define the Islamic law of contract. Explain the basic elements of an Islamic contract. Explain the scenarios under which an Islamic contract is termed void or valid. Analyze the scenarios under which an Islamic contract is termed void or valid. Define Uqood Muawadha and explain its importance in Islamic Law of Contract. Define Uqood Ghair Muawadha and explain its importance in Islamic Law of Contract

In this Section you will learn about the concept of Musharakah in Islamic Finance.

Diminishing Musharakah
